WHAT TO EXPECT DURING THE ASSESSMENT APPOINTMENT
The assessment company will promptly address any damage to your property using major insurance company industry standards and document the insured losses. Any work completed on your home or property will be paid by your insurance company with NO EXPENSE to you, other than your deductible.
This assessment takes only 30 or 40 minutes, and will be of zero cost to you.

Public Adjusting
Virtus Building & Design is aligned with licensed Public Adjusters, if you decide to complete your project with Virtus Building & Design, you don't have to pay the Public's Adjuster fee. You will be able to use all of the approved funds available to complete your repairs. Virtus Building & Design will compensate the Public Adjusters for their services.
Roof Assessment

We provide residential and commercial roof assessment. An inspection of your roof includes checking the condition of the shingles, flashing and chimney work, as well as looking for leaks.
We can install a commercial or residential re-roofing system. This can be done by a complete tear off or a roof overlay. When it is time to re-roof, Virtus Building and Design will provide you with the best options for your property and budget.
